  • Have a balanced diet

  • Avoid from food containing excessive salt and sugar

  • Reduce salt consumption, use spices instead of salt.

  • Prefer chicken and fish instead of red meat.

  • While you are eating remove the skin from chicken

  • Avoid from fried foods containing excess fat.

  •  Keep on eating legumes, grains, fresh vegetables and fruits, chicken and fish, fat free milk and yoghurt in your diet.

             Quit fatty and salty foods such as chips and nuts
